I can offer numerous general or specific services within the business change and training arenas.

These include, but are not limited to:-

Developing and implementing bespoke business change plans and products to suit individual client needs;

Development and delivery of business change products including stakeholder management, communications, process re-engineering, system analysis and readiness;

Analysis of readiness for change, delivering change through training and communication, effectiveness of change and handover to business as usual;

Design and implementation of the full training programme including definition of requirements, TNA, design, delivery and evaluation;

Management of trainers;

Train the trainer courses - soft skills required for successful training delivery;

Bespoke system training and business process training.
